"I went into beacon on s scenic yesterday and was welcomed when I walked in the door by the front counter salesman. He introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I spent over a hour in the store and was having a hard time deciding on colors for my shingles , siding and drip edge colors. He was extremely patient with me and showed me many samples of everything. He did tell me he had only been there a few months but seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products we discussed. It is very nice to walk into a store and have that quality of service. I have done a lot of business with spec and abc and never have had an experience like I did at beacon. The store front was also very well taken care of and the store has a very nice clean smell. As I was leaving the store manager Jonathan Murphy introduced his self and asked if Justin Dickens had answered all my questions and concerns. I stated he was more than great. To have a manager ask that shows the care and quality of service this store provides and I def look forward to doing more with beacon. Great job guys !!!"

"Rude customer service. Teach a little class and present yourself as a professional. Counter help was acting annoyed he had to work. He didn't know I was a account holder I was just grabbing 2 things I asked if they had a bathroom exhaust fan vent he said oh fart fans,no .go try a hvac supply acting bothered I was there so I purchased my other item but then a lady walked in behind me which he glad to see (maybe he is desperate for the attention from the ladies) but then started chatting her up talking through me as if I were in his way. I have other accounts with other supply houses and he helped me remember why I choose to go a bit further to buy my supplies."
