"I would not recommend ordering doors from here....as far as I know my doors were ordered on the 10th of December and today is the 8th of January and I was told a week to week and half max I would have them. The worst part is everytime I talk to someone it is a different story...first they shipped...then they didn't....then they would be delivered Thursday...then Friday....the Monday after that I was told they hadn't been received yet even though a full week before I was told they were there. Then I get to a manager and he says they actually ordered the wrong doors and they have to be reordered...now I can't get anyone to call me back. When you call after 230-3pm they tell you everyone has gone home already, but they didn't have time to deliver your doors today. It has been a complete disaster. Paid cash up front....still no product. If Lowe's carried Knotty pine doors I would already have installed doors in my house."

"HORRIBLE customer service and RUDE employees. Went in about a week ago to place an order for delivery and was told to come back closer to the time of delivery. Went in to place my order and the clueless guy in that department didn't know how to place an order, and so some extremely rude lady says we don't staff enough people for delivery on Saturday. Would have been nice to know a week ago. Rude and untrained employees. Better service from 17 year olds at McDonald's."
