"Very disappointed in the owner and installer. Purchased NovaCore Luxury floor planks from them. Installation was done very poorly , installation was not done to manufacture guidelines. Called installer back to fix the first issue and he refused to fix it, saying it was not his fault. Called owner and asked if he would come out to personally take a look at the floor and he refused. He said that he would send the installer . I said no, and explained about him refusing to fix the first issue. The owner stated I had no choice if I wanted my floor fixed. I have decided to reach out to the manufacturer for help. Pricing for product is good, just please think twice about using them for installation on flooring."
