"Sat in front of bakery counter for almost 30 minutes, waiting while people behind the counter just stared like I was standing there for no reason. While losing one customer probably isn’t a big deal to these people they should probably practice better customer service."

"I'm really complaining about the customer service. I purchased bacon and when I got home realized it was expired by over 2 weeks. So I had to make a trip back to get bacon that was not expired. I went back to the bacon Isle to get the same bacon and it too was expired. So I got a different brand of similar quality , but the price was about a dollar more per package. I thought that maybe because I had to come back they might honor it and call it good but instead they had me pay for it. I did that willingly because it's fair to them, but it would have been a nice gesture to offer some sort of meaningful apology."

"Had most of the stuff I was looking for, but we're visiting from Texas, so the selection seemed to be lacking a bit on certain things like salsa. The nice thing is that you can buy liquor here. In Texas liquor is not available in grocery stores. Update: 12/19/23 Had everything that I needed this time! Store was clean and there was plenty of parking."

"Well they started out very helpful and when I had them order something for me they didn't call to tell me they couldn't get it so last minute I had to rush around to find it. People there try to help but they can only do so much. And there sea food is not that fresh. I can get it from Galveston here freshly that stuff is a week old."

"We love this location!! The staff are always so kind, helpful, and patient. It's always clean and organized, with some great produce options that definitely tend to beat out the local Walmart. It's nice for a quick grocery stop, and we really appreciate the fresh meat choices. We've been going here for many many years and we've never had one issue to speak of. A great aspect to the community."
