"Amazing location in Neosho! I’ve been going for years and the store itself had a new makeover back in July of 2023. It looks amazing and more elegant. The staff is absolutely amazing every time. They save your haircuts in a notes so you get the perfect haircut. I recommend checking in online since we all can get busy at times. I personally go to Trina that works there. She is amazing at her job and is very accommodating to each persons needs and wants. She always makes me laugh and smile when I leave."

"If I could leave a zero star I would. Friendly staff but the haircut itself was awful. Had to come home and just cut it all off. It was spotty and uneven. Didn't clean up the edges, left hair all over me and my face. Walked out of there looking crazy. Looked as if they were mowing a yard with a mower that was uneven. Said they had been doing it since 2010. Craziness. Paid $25 for nothing, honestly want my money back."

I checked my 7 yr old boy in online, said an hour and a half wait. we get there at an hour and a half and end up waiting 2 whole hours after the initial hr and a half, to actually get my sons cut. then it was just sub par. it's fine for some men/boys/elderly lady haircuts but I'd never recommend them for actual good cuts. go to salon 109 on the square. the time before this myself and my daughter just wanted trims, and they ended up cutting off like 6 inches of my hair, and it was uneven. cut my daughters hair all messed up, too short and uneven as well. I'll never let them touch me or my daughter again."
