"As a local general contractor, I’ve rented from you guys hundreds if not thousands of times over the last 10years and never had any issues. Ive rented a mini excavator several times and they have always charged correctly and reimbursed unused days that were already paid in advance but not used. I rented the same mini excavator Friday ran it til noon today. They picked it up before 4pm today so I used it a total of 4 days out of the 7 I paid in full for. I went to get my refund on the 3 full days they charged me for . Well they now they would rather be thieves and tell me they refuse to refund a dime back to me. That’s fine cause you have already lost way more than you will ever gain by ripping me and my clients off. I will never rent from you guys ever again and I will forever refer ppl to another rental company that I no doesn’t rip ppl off their hard earned money."

"We were charged $230 for 24 hour use on a stump grinder. They didn't inform us at the time of purchase that even though we paid for 24 hours use, they would also charge us an additional amount per hour used. So instead of $230, we were charged $310. After calling to address the situation, I was continuously told "Well I don't know what to tell you." Very unprofessional customer service and will not be going back."

"This place is a joke for anyone depending on service. Took a echo back blower under warranty only to be told they would have to charge me too fix it. So I go try to pick it up and they tell me its 39.95 to have my broken blower back that has till November 2022 warranty. And here the whole kicker, I just 3 new back pack blowers from them ($2100.00), before I asked if they would mind fixibg this one. And explained that is was from another dealer. So he agreed, now wants 40 bucks for my troubles ....."
