"Not the best overall experience. Would not recommend. We had carpet and LVP installed, spent almost $5k. They did not clean up the carpet fibers after install, no big deal, I guess, just surprising. They're OK up to install but customer service is subpar if you have issues after. Plot twist- issues were had 4 months after install. No resolutions or sympathy offered, only "not our fault". Well, they did offer to sell us more product. No thanks."

"Mike answered my desperate phone call and came to my rescue without any hesitation! My 2 year old colored most of our kitchen grout with a glittery red Christmas crayon while I was putting our sick 1 year old to sleep.. and without any judgement at all, Mike came to my rescue! (Turns out.. use wd40 and a toothbrush in case you ever have a parenting fail like I did! What can I say? My hands are full lol) He didn't try and sell me anything over the phone, he was very sweet when he chuckled at my predicament, and he genuinely wanted to help me.
