"I'd give them zero stars if possible. Was given a Groupon for my birthday last year and she butchered it-choppy, uneven layers. No refund, no offer to fix it, no apology. She didn't do the conditioning treatment that was paid for either. The only thing she got right was my color. I' m not the only one either, check out their Facebook page. Unless they took it down my pic and another pic that was on there. It took a year to get it to even out. I think her name was Jessica. The owner reached out to me, but when I responded to her about fixing it and making it right, she never responded back to me."
