"I am discussed with the out come of my sister in laws hair cut. She has long hair and just needed a trim up and some texture and they went in and hacked at her hair.... the middle of her hair is about 5inches shorter, iv done hair for 11 years and never in my life seen texturizers do this to someone's hair and she asked for a little thinning not chunks taken out ... DO BETTER !!!!"

"I went to ulta today and I needed help finding my shade. I told an associate that I needed help finding my shade and she was pleasant but while she was finding my shade, which it only took her like 5 secs. She gave me the shade of foundation that "matched" my skin and so I went to check out and left, when I got home and tried the foundation...it was not my shade. this shade of foundation would've be good on me for the summer but in this cold season it made me look orange I was very disappointed."

"I have mixed feelings about this store. I am a total makeup geek. I love to shop too. However I only kind of like this Ulta. I'm not sure why I get the feeling I get from it,but I don't feel like I belong. They haven't ever been rude, but they also haven't been welcoming. I go here because it's close,but I would go elsewhere if it were easier."

"To the clients looking for Donna Rose she has relocated to A&Co Forsyth! In my personal experience Donna and Susan are the best stylists in Branson! Both these ladies are very professional, and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them. Donna is a miracle worker! Ulta Branson has very kind and helpful staff. It is very well put together and is always kept clean. Management seems to always go the distance with this location. Noah, Amanda, and Angie are managers at this location all of which are very professional and helpful. Noah is very kind, helpful, and has a very personable personality! Noah is definitely a team player not just for the corporation but for the customers as well. Melody is my go to for all things eyebrows! Ulta Branson is by far my favorite Ulta location."

"I like this store, they have a nice variety and everything is really easy to find. However, I drove an hour to get here today, and I asked one of the employees for advice on some skincare products to buy. I was responded to with an eye roll, deep sighs, and a bad attitude. The employee was very harsh and clearly felt as though my ask for help was an inconvenience. I was recommended products that weren’t cruelty free, which isn’t a big deal at all it’s just not something I personally want to buy, and when I brought this up to the employee they rolled their eyes again, went to another section, the employee said “This one is,” then just dropped it back on the shelf. I said thank you and then the employee just walked away without saying anything. I normally don’t like to ask for help while I’m shopping, but this specific employee had helped me pick out a fragrance in the past and was very friendly, so when I saw this employee I was relieved they were there and felt comfortable to ask them, only to be met with a harsh tone. I understand having bad days as I work a customer service job also. Regardless, I would never in a million years be so blatantly rude to a customer. Made me feel incredibly unwelcome and annoying for asking a simple question. I did get better products than what I had originally been using, so I’m leaving two stars. It would be nice if in the future the employees would be more pleasant. Next time I visit I will be sure to keep to myself while I am shopping."
