"Absolutely love this place, their products, and the employees! SO MANY customers are so rude to them about being ID at the door and I don't understand it! It's not uncommon to be ID upon entry to places like this. Also the employees can do nothing about their policies so take it easy when they explain for the billionth time in a day that they don't make the rules they just follow them. Worked years in retail and dreaded customers that don't understand they're just trying to do their jobs! Also they let you test your device in the store to make sure it is good before you leave so they can help you. Once you leave and it's broken you need to contact the manufacturer cause they can not help you it is against their policies. That's like trying to bring liquor you don't like back to the liquor store be for real people...I hate to use the K word but going through these reviews a lot of y'all are just plain and simple KARENS."

"This place has such poor management they run through employees, they’ll sell you broken glass while smiling in your face. Kerry is the rudest person of them all & that’s putting it lightly. I feel bad for anybody that has works under her and had to deal with the kratom addiction among other things. Go anywhere else but here before they scan your ID and look you up on social media. Also check your receipt for nasty comments from staff."

"About a week ago I bought one of their Geek Vape’s and 2 bottles of their Juice Head juice to go with it. Both bottles of juice were expired which I didn’t know until after leaving the store since it didn’t state that on the box just the bottle itself. The vape itself is absolute junk. One of the pods that it comes with doesn’t click in so it’s constantly falling out. Now the vape went from working to no longer working at all. I had went in to the store and asked for an exchange for the juice, but they refused to do that. I would not recommend buying from this store to anyone their products are junk."
