"Went in to purchase an electric lift chair for my mom and the man was the rudest. Most hateful and unhelpful person I have ever encountered, would not speak to us out loud at all we wanted to special order at Chair willing to pay the extra money to special order it, and he absolutely would not let us."

"The sales guy Randy was terrible. Not easy to talk to. Barely talked to me and didn’t even help or offer to get help with loading my mattress. He said “well there is your mattress” and walked away. Very poor customer service skills!!!!! Never going back there again!"

"Considering the rural nature of this area, this furniture store is exceptional, with a pretty decent selection of quality items. The selection is nothing like the furniture "superstores" I'm used to in Chicago, but the personal service is far better than those. They owners also have a vested interest in taking great care of their customers, because of the small town nature of the area - one bad experience and EVERYONE will know about it. Visited here with my girlfriend and her father to purchase a new recliner for him. She says the mattress they sold her father is amazingly comfortable."

"I wish it I could give it "no stars". HORRIBLE Customer Service by the gentlemen, we believe he was the owner. Lady sales person was very nice & trying to help us, but the man literally kicked us out & told us "you have to leave right now" because the power went out. Didn't offer to take our name & call us back, didn't even ask us to leave nicely - was a complete jerk about it. We were about to purchase a $500 chair & he told us we just had to leave. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. And very disappointing considering we have primarily furnished our lake cabin with furniture from there. We will NOT be back to the furniture or lumber store based on our experience. To the owner, if you read this - - we ended up spending our money at Missouri Furniture, Inc. in Sedalia & will continue to do so in the future. Their customer service was AMAZING. We own & operate 2 customer service based businesses and I would be ASHAMED of my staff & terminations would occur if they treated people the way that you treated us."
