"Horrible! They glue on full nails and paint them or just do gel polish on real nails!! Be aware of that!! As you can see pictures my glue ok nail was already un adhering after I literally left the salon. That night 2 nails fell off. I went in the next day and ask for them to be replaced. She did so no problem. The next day TWO more fell off. At this point I was so frustrated that I had used $60 towards this and my first time at this place that it had me furious. I asked if I could come in and get acrylics done and she said yes(mind you they DO NOT offer acrylics what so ever). I got there and was told she can replace them again. I said no I want acrylics. She said they don’t do that bc it’s bad for the nail.then I said I wanted a refund. She then proceeded to tell me that no refund and she can gel paint them, I’m sorry $60 for painted gel nails!?? No refund was issued for horrible service and first time service at that and I will NEVER GO BACK!!!"
