"Every time I get my hair done here I walk away feeling like a whole other person, and 10x more glamorous. They have amazing skills and very reasonable prices. Cuttin' loose is a hidden gem, and with the range of options you have from nails, dyes, cuts, perms and much much more it's incredible to see at a shop in a small town. When I got my hair dyed, I originally tried a place in overland Park, they told me it would be 480$. Cuttin' loose did the same thing for 150$. They'll also curl your hair after a cut for free. I vouch for Madison in particular!"

"I cannot say what the feminine views are of this business, but I have to say that they certainly tried to please me as a male customer. Communication with the beautician that provided service to me was extensive as to what I was looking for. She did not try to be creative or otherwise try to cut my hair and trim my beard in any way, except the way that I ask for. This was an "emergency" haircut and my barber, the only one in town, was not open for business this day, so I was desperate! So, I called, made a "squeeze you in" appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received! The cut and trim I received rivaled that that I get from MY barber and for the same price! I will be sure to discuss this with my barber. That and his hours of operation. My assessment of this business that caters near exclusively to women is that aside from the looks I got, as if I had walked into the girls restroom, I was quite pleased with the service I received! And BTW, yes indeed, it is still verboten to be a male and in the girls restroom in this part of the world."
