"I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you know who you’re going to and you know they’re good. I had to schedule with someone new the last two times and they did not do a good job. This last time I had to wait almost an hour for my SCHEDULED appointment. Then, my nails turned out terrible. They were extremely thin and began breaking off at the corners within the week. By two weeks most of them had completely broken off. I called to see what they could do, and they said they only fix them if it’s within the week. My dip usually lasts me almost 4 weeks. In half that amount of time mine have completely broken off and I’ll have to go somewhere knew to get new dip. This place used to be great but I will now be finding a new place to go."

"I have been getting my nails dipped for years and have never had nails break. They put dip on my nails and within the first 7 days 3 broke. I went in to have them fixed and two had to have tips put on. One of the tips didn’t even get completely glued to my nail. 2 days later a 4th nail broke off. I had exchanged messages and said that I want this dip taken off because I can’t keep taking an hour out of my day everytime a nail breaks. They agreed to fix free of charge and asked for one more chance. They asked me to come in at 11:30, which I did. Upon arriving they refused to take the dip off and only wanted to fix the one broken nail. Whether it was the dip being faulty or the technicians technique (which is what they told me the first time I came in to get the first three broken nails fixed) there was obviously something wrong with the work that was done and to tell me they would make it right and then refuse to do so once I drove there was extremely unprofessional. I would stay away unless you want to have to keep going back to get broken nails fixed."
