"I have gone to P&P for a few years now and I normally LOVE how my nails turn out but today was not the case. I felt rushed to pick a color because she was standing right next to me and sighing the whole time. I didn’t want acrylic and I just wanted the dip powder on my actual nail. They are pretty short and I don’t think this lady has worked with short nails, atleast that’s what it seems like. After she put the dip and clear coat on, the clear coat had gotten on my skin. She tried picking it off which made me bleed. There is color and clear coat all under my nails. I have never been so upset about my nails."
"If you only want cash you should probably have a sign up that says " we prefer cash ". Sometimes you guys are very rude . Custom service is just as important as your quality of service."
"Warm welcoming atmosphere. Kind and friendly staff! Extremely clean. I drive from Springdale every few weeks just to come here and see Thuy (Twee)."
"Nail salons shouldn’t operate like fast food restaurants. Booked an appointment with me and my daughter. They took her back before me. I found my color and followed. I sat down beside her and was asked to get up from the chair because it was going to be used for another customer. I let them know I had booked an appointment for me and my daughter to get our nails done together. They informed me they would service me when a tech became available. By then I was upset because I specifically booked an appointment for me and my 11 year old daughter to have the experience together. It took them 10 min to do my daughters gel manicure. But wait, doesn’t that usually take at least 30 min to have the experience. They did nothing on her. I declined getting my nails done here. I’ll find another nail salon in the future. I was upset to even pay the fee associated with her service. Wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re a number , they don’t care about the experience for you. They want you in and out so they can make money off the next person. Insulted."
"Not a super pleasant experience. My nails looked like they'd been growing out for a week a day after I left, when I tried to change my mind on the toe color I'd chosen, they made me feel dumb so i didnt and I dislike it. And can we all just say how ridiculous it is to pay $40 for "dip powder" I asked for a mani/pedi and then they told me the dip was better for your nails, so I did that. They didn't say I was paying $40 for nails where the color doesnt even make it to my cuticles, a crummy top coat and NO MANICURE. I had to go back and get it fixed and then I asked to clarify what exactly I got charged for and she said everyone else charges that and doesn't do a manicure. Also when I asked them not to use the drill, she just changed the tip and did it anyway. It wasn't as hot as it normally is, but I still prefer not to use it. All in all, I won't go back. It costs a lot, and I don't do it often so I'd like to enjoy it and be happy afterwards."
