"Never again will I go back to this place went on Saturday little after 12pm i went on lunch hour needed my bangs trimmed and showed the lady exactly how wanted them and not to go pass my eye lashes closed my eyes and opened them when she done she literally cut them passed my eye brows I was so mad I told her this not what I showed you this way to short .."

I was shocked at the cost .i was hung up on and when i tried to call back they appeared to intentionally let the phone ring.My sister is learning impaired and gets an allowance every month.She went out for a trim and I wanted to make sure they discussed the price with her prior to her cut..The associate was extremely unnecessarily rude .A cut is a cut ....She didnt let me explain why i was calling or nothing.... lesson learned ..."

"Went in for highlights and a trim.. highlights show blunt lines, not to the roots at all and patchy unfortunately... also the cut looks horrible :( Very sad to have spent $125 on this. I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and spend more money :("

"DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Terrible place to go. The lady (don't want to call her a stylist she's so bad) is completely incompetent. She looked at some hair after she cut it and said it looks good. When clearly there is a 2 inch length difference between the 2 sides. Didn't want to fix it because she said she was to busy. Tried going back and talking to a manager and the manager said can't do anything. And the typical reply that these reviews get with the district number doesn't do anything either. So don't fall for that."
