Perfect Nails Salon

"I went in to have my nails soaked off. I was told to sit in the chair and then sat for 40 minutes with no interaction at all. One tech finished her client and sat her in a pedicure chair then disappeared in the back for 5 minutes before returning and starting her pedicure. The other tech finished his client and then started on the lady next to me. Typically at other salons they will take a minute to get your nails soaking and then resume what they were doing. Just disappointing that I waited that long and didn't know how much longer I would have to wait because there was no communication. I just left and I don't plan to go back."

Sometimes I have to listen VERY closely to understand them but I end up figuring it out. This place is very clean and they always make you feel very welcomed to come here!"
