"When we first got our nails done here, they looked beautiful. However, I write reviews for nail salons 2 weeks after to make sure the nails last. And they did! They are a little on the pricey end (my friend paid about $100 for the French tips and I paid about $65 for my full set). But overall, we are satisfied"

"I walked in with a plan and was very clear that I simply wanted gel polish on my natural nails. The receptionist repeatedly told me I needed to get builder gel. Something I was unfamiliar with. I told him I have naturally thick healthy nails multiple times but he did not back down so I finally agreed. After the tech put one layer of builder gel on, he filed majority of it off and asked me if that was good. I said "I guess" because I had no clue. As the tech painted the white tips he was extremely shaky. Each tip was asymmetrical from the others and the lines are not smooth. The tech was asked to smooth the ends of the nails because they looked very bad and after doing so, I was still upset so the receptionist fixed them up a bit. Once it was time to pay, I was absolutely dumbfounded. My total was $67.50 before the tip. Even after being given a 10% discount for being told over the phone that gel polish was $30. He then told me the builder gel was $55 by itself. (Which made absolutely no sense due to the final cost.) Not only was I taken advantage of but my nails look like I did the tips myself with tape. Not to mention my daughter also got her nails done and they were fancy tips with holographic polish and she was only charged $63. Prices should be posted and customers should not feel forced into getting a service that they don't want or know anything about. I'm extremely unhappy with the appearance of my nails and deserve a refund or at least a normal paint job like I requested upon entering the establishment. I hate to leave a review like this but the appearance of my nails has left me furious. 2 stars because it was a little better than what I could have done myself."

"When I went for the first time,my nails were really short and the the.girl tech don't know how to spell her name, but it was like ""TWO"" was really professional and did a great job. I'm ready for my SECOND refill. Today February 1st. It's my 4th time going. My nails improved super very much. I'm very pleased and happy with all the staff. They are really nice friendly and professional.I highly recommend."

Other times I provide inspiration and ask for creativity and the challenge is always accepted. Ive even walked in and daid surprise me and the team delivered! I get the most compliments on my nails.
