"Very nice Carniceria (Mexican Meat Market). Meat looked great and lots of options. The front of the store is deceiving. It's actually a lot larger inside than the front would appear. It has a huge selection of Mexican foods and drinks along with the meat selection. Tons of spices, tons of Mexico produced soft drinks, just a lot of all kinds of stuff you would normally find in Mexico. I was impressed, and I'm originally from San Antonio, where this is a common type of place."
"This used to be a great place to buy your fresh meats and vegetables. Now it’s awful, the veggies and meats are old, it seams no one cares now, I tried getting meat here a few times recently and they either just give you fat and nerves or the meat is old which makes it so chewy. I really like El Torito in KCK but it’s a drive out for me but apparently it’s the only choice until hopefully they open up their new location in Olathe, because El Guero has lost it touch yet they keep raising their prices for poor quality meats and veggies. It’s very disappointing!"
"I had a good experience here. The limited produce looked fresh and clean. The avocados were just right, on the verge of where you want them for use and not rock hard. One day on the counter and they'll be ready. They have a pretty good selection of staples, mostly what you'd expect from the type of shop. The meat was well displayed and looked good. Cashier was friendly. I'll definitely be back."
"They have fresh meats, cheese, and excellent service. We love to get the barbacoa meat, fresh corn tortillas, try the green salsa, delicious. Don't forget to try the pork carnitas. They are the best I've had in a long time."
