"I went in yesterday at about 1oclock they don't close until 5. I go in and there are 6 people getting nails done and 2 getting toes done and one woman waiting, I ask for a fill, they told me it would be 30-40 mins, I sat there for an HOUR AND 30 MINS. NO communication when I finally decided this was a waste of my time there was 2 people getting there nails done and the person before me sitting in the chair waiting for them to start on her toes the only people getting help was the 2 people in the chairs. Truthful a waste of my time only to have no service done."

"I got my nails done 4 days ago and they are already falling off. My nails have little bumps in them and they also weren’t fully painted. The polish is starting to fall off around the edge after 4 days. I would not go again. It was a waste of money . I was very unsatisfied with how me and my sister’s nails turned out."

"They are very kind people but I waited 2 hrs to get my nails done and when they finally got to me they didn’t take there time or listen to me about my shape or concerns I told her when she was glueing the tips on that they where lifting and the lady just ignored me while she was on a personal call on her cellphone. My thumb nail and 2 other nails on my right hand feel very unstable and are lifted I also told her no gel and she proceeded to give me gel to get more money from me I will not be going back."

"I love my nails and I loved the lady that did my nails her customer service was great! However I did make an appointment for the following Friday for a little mother-daughter pedicure and called ahead to move my appointment time. The lady on the phone said I was fine and we moved the time up. I showed up at that scheduled time we had agreed upon and she told me I had to wait three hours, which I was a little confused considering I made an appointment. Sadly we did not get to complete our mother daughter day because we did not have three hours to wait. I was just a little confused on why we can schedule appointments but still have to wait hours to be seen, otherwise no complaints."
