"Well it looks like I had the same service as many others. Needed a vapor sensor for hot water heater for my business but he only says he sells to contractors and hung up on me twice. Not sure how he has 3.4 stars he should only have .5 stars, if that. Also, very difficult to understand as it sounds like he is eating the phone."

"Went inside to see about picking up a pressure regulator as ours blew apart. Guy up front was very rude and won’t sell anything unless you are a contractor. I asked him if any of the big box stores sold the regulators and he said he didn’t know and seemed put out that I even walked through the door and chuckled at my problems. I would never ever recommend this business and see why the later reviews aren’t good. I used to deal with them often but not anymore. Shame"

"This place went downhill after Jeremy became the owner about 4 years ago. He's arrogant and disrespectful. The good staff he ran off. I was a customer before him and really miss that atmosphere. When you walk in, he doesn't see you, he just sees your wallet. You can find all items cheaper elsewhere. Many local contractors don't use."
