"I went to this location earlier today to get a small batch of paint for a patch on my wall. I knew exactly what I needed, had the product/color number, and asked for eggshell. The employee was watching Judge Judy and having a very personal conversation on AirPods the entire time I was there. Not only did he give me the wrong color, and satin instead of eggshell, but he was also having a very inappropriate conversation on his phone while mixing my paint. The store is really dirty, with trash on the floor and counter. Overall, it was a really uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Don’t go here."

"On 8/31 around 230. All I needed was to match a ceiling white to touch up a ceiling. Not the smartest young girl at the desk didn't really know what to do or didn't want to match it. I just needed a gal. She also said all she has is 5 gal. It's a flat white. Really?!?! Didnt try to match or test or anything. Then I ask for a paint deck and she wanted to charge me for it. All the others just give me one free. So I drove to the next store off Shawnee mission parkway. Very helpful about matching my color and I got a paint deck too. I will never step foot in this one! Wasted my time and you could tell she just didn't want to help or be there"

"They have very friendly and knowledgeable employees, they hustle to get your job completed, and you can usually find a coupon online. Their paint quality is worth paying extra for, it'll cover better and have a longer lasting finish than cheaper paints."
