"I am a property manager and I started using Artisent back in 2016. I have moved with companies three times and I have always called up Artisent to come work with me. I have found that their customer service is above and beyond any other company! They have always given me their lowest prices while never compromising on their quality of product! I now have Devin as my rep and I love when he stops by to visit me! I would recommend using them if you can. At least call them and try them out!"

"Artisent Floors is the most friendly, flexible company I have ever worked with. I have used this company regularly for the past 2 years for an apartment complex I manage. They are always quick to get us on their schedule (usually within 2-3 days of my request.) The work is always completed in a timely manner and all of the staff/installers I’ve worked with have great attitudes. The completed work always looks amazing and they never leave a mess behind. My account rep, Steve, is quick to respond to my messages and always answers any questions I have. Steve is always willing to stop by the property to look in on any flooring issues I may have and give his expert opinion before I make any decisions. Even when my account rep is out, the rest of the team takes very good care of us and they make the whole process so easy."

"Artisent floors is the best! I have had such wonderful experiences with their team from the sales rep, to the installers, to the managers, to the accounting team. They are reliable and on time! If we’re ever in a bind, I need a car, but the same day they’ve always pulled through! Their installers are friendly and clean up after themselves, and do not cause any messes or damage. We’ve never had a call back and we’ve been using them for five years. Jeremy, Devin, Andrew, and Alex have all four been amazing to work with. I’ve used them at my apartment community for five years. I highly recommend Artisent floors!"
