"Had an appointment booked for over 2 weeks for a silk press with Jaleeca. She txt me the afternoon of my appointment and said she needed to cancel. No reason was given even though we just spoke and confirmed this appointment 2 days ago. VERY unprofessional. I had to txt her 2x back to back just to get clarification on the location. Her website says one address and the confirmation email says another. She took forever to text back. Communication sucks and her professionalism. I was referred to her and I do not understand why at this point. Never booking again. Never referring."
