"So unprofessional. Constant cancelling or trying to reschedule appointments last minute. If we the customer did this we would be charged a fee. Im an understanding person and know life does happen but the constant “car problems” is unacceptable. She has know about these “car problems” since I started coming to her 6 weeks ago and the lack of professionalism and common decency of notifying us customers with a reasonable amount of time is ridiculous. Desi has canceled or tried to reschedule my appointments twice then failed to follow up this last time with a new appointment time and date. She wouldn’t response to my text or messages on her instagram. What a joke! Ladies are already vulnerable coming to get a wax in the first place then to be ghosted and just take our money when have to schedule in advance. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I had an appointment a couple of months back. Left a review but it disappeared. Address listed was inaccurate and she was unaware of it and was not familiar with the address from what it seemed like to me. Upon arrival she ignored my attempts to get a hold of her multiple times as it was unclear which unit her business was in and the door that was in fact hers was locked. She required a deposit. Fine. When I told her I would need a refund after waiting 15 minutes as I work nights and would need to move on with my schedule, she called me immediately to inform me where to go. She had been there listening to her music over Bluetooth with a friend. She knew I was calling and messaging the entire time."
