"I don't even know where to begin with. This place and the policies absolutely pathetic. I purchased a brand new dishwasher and they gave us connecting part that did not fit and so on the first installation attempt the installers mentioned to get the correct one. On the second attempt I got the correct one from store after talking to bunch of folks, but the installers came a day before we were about to go out of town for Xmas holidays. They installed and the system did not work and they did bunch of tests and finally blamed it on low pressure in the kitchen faucet and they asked me to check with plumber. Unfortunately we had to go out of town and upon return we asked two different certified plumbing companies to check and they both mentioned that water pressure is good and also they connected dishwasher water to main line. Again the unit gave the error. I called the service support and they refused to replace saying that 48 hr window has passed. How in the world thats our problem? They wanted us to contact and deal with LG directly and this falls under their issue. LG on the other hand said they are coming, but if they found its an installation issue they are going to charge the service fee to us, and when I communicated this with Lowes, they never said they are going to take care of the charges. This is pathetic. I think this is my last purchase with them. It went like this, Lowes blamed on installation team, installation team blamed on plumbing and back to Unit and Lowes again pushed us on to LG and LG trying to defend that it could be an installation issue. I don't have any -ve *s for the review, else you folks know. I'm going to approach consumers court and may take up this to different channel."
"The store overall is nice. However, there are some people who just don't seem to care about what they are doing. One was in the lumber section. I believe his name was Harald. Then up at the Pro desk was Kiven who seemed like he would rather be elsewhere and not there. Just sat down behind a desk like he was on the back deck. I wouldn't have a problem if those two acted like they care. Everyone else was really helpful and was able to show me a different perspective."
