"First set of lashes looked amazing but caused pain and discomfort, arrived at my refill appointment and was told to reschedule because she did not have enough time. Tried to reschedule my appointment and was told that I would still be charged but most guests receive a one time courtesy cancellation. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her I would like to try the other location. They then text me and declined the courtesy and charged me the full price. I am going on vacation in days so this was a disappointment."

She was so welcoming and was very helpful with weighing the pros and cons of the different levels of the lashes, even after I had booked a specific level. She made me feel very comfortable, especially with this being my first time. She did such a great job and I will be requesting her for my fills and follow up appointments! :)"
