"1st lady that approached me in this store, was awesome, asked me what I was looking for, told me to ask questions if I had any, and I could look away. So, I did so. I was looking at "special order carpets" I'm a voice over actor, I have built a voice over room, and needed sound proofing carpet. The 2nd lady that approached me, approached me with a RUDE, TERRIBLE attitude. And said, "can I help you with something" in an "you don't know what you're looking at way" and I said no thank you, I'm just browsing. "Browsing for what?" She said .. I explained I'm a voice over actor trying to find some carpet for sound proof my room. She goes, "what's the measurements?!" I replied "I'm not sure myself, but I'm going to call my contractor once I found out which carpet I would like." ...THIS EMPLOYEE had THE NERVE to say to me.. "Well, this is SPECIAL ORDER carpet, it's costly and YOU probably can't afford it. Have you looked at the other side of the store?" My reply? "I have looked over there, and found nothing I like, that's why I'm looking at these SPECIAL ORDER carpets." She smiled and left me with that. I TRIED to continue to look, I couldn't stand to be in that store ANY longer. Who does this "professional employee" think she is telling someone they might not be able to afford something? Uhm.. she has NO IDEA what I am and am not able to afford. This store LOST MY BUSINESS because of this employee thinking she knew something or anything about me."
