"Went to get my nails done at Sting Nail. This lil girl had the worst attitude. I was 15 min late to a two hour appointment. I was willing to get anything done within the time frame. This lil girl rather cancel my appointment while I’m literally standing in front of her. Based off of principle… is what she said. Had whole attitude the entire time. She rather make $20 than to actually work is her principal"

"Tracey Castaneda is unprofessional she canceled many times once I drove all the way from olathe to Prairie village to my appointment she wasn’t even there! Had to reschedule she canceled again! I recently booked again she said last min her puppy was sick ok so rescheduled for following day! That morning I text to confirm appointment! Yes she said I will be there! 30 min later oh sorry I have to cancel! How can you run a business with a person like this whom is supposed to represent parlay spa? She is so unprofessional I get she has health issues but canceling this many times and last minute is beyond being irresponsible and unprofessional! I would not book any service with parlay spa that puts up with this!"

She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walked in. I was nervous to let someone new touch my hair, but once I found her she is now my forever hair dresser.
