"Margi is my hairdresser and is so good and always punctual. She is consistent and I know I can trust her and rely on her to do what I like. The store representatives are nice and if I ask them to find an item for me, they go out of their way - even trying to save me money if they know something similar is on sale or a better price. Always asking me if I have a Take 10 to use and always trying to use the coupons I present. I really appreciate the service at my location. I have also been to the Metcalf location and they are great too. I think you all hire good people."

"I had some coupons that were not working. The employees could have just refused, but I had 3 employees up at the register to help me get my discount. They were all super nice, too! It took awhile, but we got them to work as they should. Really sweet staff : )"

"I have been to Beauty Brands for many years and never received such bad treatment as I did a year and some change ago. I went in to get highlights and changed my mind from only getting a few to getting a partial highlight. The stylist (don’t remember her name but she was new) become visibly agitated that I did because she had to do more work or I was going to take up more time than she had allotted. I would have been more than fine with coming back another day but she wanted to go ahead with the appointment. Throughout the whole appointment she was extremely rough with my hair. She was pulling it very hard when brushing through it, and when doing the foils for my highlights, she was using my face as a surface to apply pressure when applying the mixture. She was pushing my face down and squishing my glasses. I was very unhappy with the service. I have only now decided to say something but I have felt uncomfortable about what happened since then. It’s baffling how a stylist like that can be hired into an establishment like Beauty Brands and also the fact that she had the nerve to treat me like that. I honestly recommend you guys go somewhere else. You will get better service somewhere else than here."
