"Second time going to this place. Hated it the first time. Told myself the second time would be better. I was wrong. I asked for a top fade for my eldest son. The gentleman asked what kind of hair cut was that. I went to show him pictures, and he said I don't need a picture. The guy started cutting off my child's hair. No fade. No line up, nothing. I had to ask the other lady in the shop to finish my child's hair and to fix it. Needless to say..... NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE! Wish I could call the owner and do a formal complaint."

"Worst haircut I’ve ever received. I am not very picky about my hair but sadly they butchered what should’ve just been an easy trim. The only fix at this point is to buzz cut it, and even then my hairline is now way higher than it should’ve been"

"Checked in online, was kept well informed while i was on count down. When i arrived i was instantly able to sit down and start getting my hair tended to. Very pleased, had a good experience. Was in and out in no time!!"

"One of the worst places to go for a hair cut! I expressed to the lady that the last time I visited they messed my hair cut up and it was all choppy and when I got home and got to looking not one part of my haircut I we even. I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed.. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but both times I have been here this place has been a joke! I guess 20 dollars for a haircut is exactly what I paid for!"

"The lady that cuts my hair is awesome! I have Tourettes and b have problems sitting all at times. She always leaves me looking fresh and gives me an amazing drop fade that draws the eye and attention! I two people to go to Great Clips @Bella Roe and they'll get you looking like me!"
