"I am very concerned about this place….I do not think that tools used for my pedicure were sanitized before they were used on me. The technician did not wear gloves, and the towel that was thrown on my legs at the end of my pedicure had literally been put under cold water in the sink before being thrown on my legs. The paint job on my toes looks like a 12 year old painted them. When I asked the lady if she could clean up the puddled gel polish that accumulated at the bottom of my cuticles, she began scraping with the metal tools that, again, I’m fairly certain were not sanitized from her tote. I finally just asked her to stop. Such a disappointment."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! Rude unprofessional unsanitary! Negative stars if I could! There were only to women and 3 customers I and two women the other employee was doing pedicures on. The woman working on me was taking pills the whole time of my service! She didn’t wear gloves got up several time to walk to the counter behind her and open the different bottles of prescription pills (idk her health issues but there clearly is no need of that many pills in several doses in an hours time). The were only two women in there and they were extremely rude. They burnt my feet three times I kept telling them the water was too hot. They were too busy talking to each other and were extremely loudly and what felt like angrily. They didn’t pay attention and cut my toe open. When she did my nails I asked for the coffins and none of them were a single shape alike. They were crooked and it looks like a kinder gardener painted my nails they had bubbles in them, and the polish was all over the place. The products expired and unkempt. When I ask for them to fix them, they sat there and talked badly about me, half an English and half in their language yelling across the room at each other. I asked her to shorten and correct them, and she proceeded, taking more pills in the middle of doing my nails after I asked her to fix them and she got extremely aggressive, twisting my fingers and filing them really hard that she actually took some skin off my knuckles and cuticle area. They told me it would be $50 for my nails and my toes and in the end they charged me $125 complete and false advertisement and the worst Mani Pedi I have ever experienced in my life!!!!"

"This place was one of the worst nail places I have been. The lady was super rude and did not ask what I wanted before chopping my nails off and cut my nail beds open with the grinder and almond nails means weird squares..the first picture is what I asked for and the other two are what I got"

"I have gone to this place a couple times just fast quick walk in nails. Never awesome customer service but good enough to come back. Today though went in with my mom. The two ladies were really rude. Kept twisting my moms hand to the point it hurt because she has arthritis so it hurt a lot. Also the lady watched a movie the entire time not paying attention to mom just pulling hard. I tried to talk with my person for her to not really respond which is fine. She also busy talking to the other person there instead. I even tried to talk to my mom instead and she would talk over me to the other person working. Also I understand upselling waxes but after I said no to say I have too much hair on the face…. Not coming back going to just have to plan more time to go somewhere else before going to movies. I always came because decent and cheap but I guess I should have read reviews then I wouldn’t have been so surprised."

"Got my nails done here and it was awful. As I was getting my nails done the nail tech was yelling and arguing with a customer who asked for clean pedicure water.. and they refused. Nails came out awful but that’s not even the problem. I just went to remove my nails and one of my them is literally split in half due to how hard she was using the tool. Save your nails and your money!!! DO NOT come here, I know it’s cheap but it is not worth the damage they do to your nails! Will never be coming back"
