"Took a chainsaw in for a repair which they told me they would contact me when they found out what was wrong with it ( a neighbor gave me it). I heard nothing back for a month and a half even when I called them to get an update on it. They called me with a $120 bill claiming they were only going to charge me for a third of the labor. I will never take any equipment. Do Not take your equipment there for services. You will be scammed. Replie to owner. I was only ever called once when the work was complete. This is the first I have heard that the part were aftermarket."
