"Came here with my elderly grandmother to shop (she doesn't get to go out much) and everyone was so helpful! She wanted to make tea sandwiches and the cheese section was huge and Elton at the deli was very knowledgeable about the different meat! This was her first time at a dillions and she already wants to go back!"

"This used to be a nice store but the absolute lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and clear underpayment of staff getting so bad they basically don't have a deli working people can access outside of the prepackaged items, this really isn't a store worth visiting anymore. Prices are so high,and the shelves so poorly stocked that Sprouts across the street costs about the same, and is a much better shopping experience. I'd suggest you go to another Dillons in town if you need Kroger specific items, as they are cleaner and seemingly better stocked."
"Excellent Kroger store. Probably has the best selection/inventory in the Lawrence area. Wide aisles, does not feel crowded. Staff are friendly & helpful. Pharmacy is well-stocked. Only downside is that the gas station is down the street at the other location."
