"Was able to make an appointment for acrylics but no acrylic person was there? Also here is what I got compared to what I wanted (last pic) so you can tell it’s not even close. Not to mention the place was dirty. Dropping their tools on the floor and putting them away. UPDATE: nail literally broke off only a week later!! Trash!!!"
