"Outdone!! I scheduled and paid over the phone for what was supposed to be a treat for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. The young lady Savvy, who I'm pretty confident I scheduled and paid with last week, couldn't recall the details of our conversation. I called so that I could be sure the details of the day were understood.....so much for that. The reviews went on and on about one of the male barbers, who is also an instructor. Customers went on about his attention to detail, so I scheduled with him. I called to get detailed information about the "camo" for hair and beard and was assured the service is as described. I reiterated that we love his salty hair and beard and only want to add a little pepper. Please see the pictures below to show the full dye that he left with. Ridiculous. Needless to say, the barber we scheduled with was out this morning, and we didn't get a call to notify us and ask if we wanted to reschedule. Instead, someone else who is clearly not skilled in cutting hair for people of color... The icing on the cake was calling back to share my concerns and being shewed away by the same Savvy. It would've been nice not to have been over talked, and what I felt was hushed. Looking into more information to make contact with a general or corporate manager who may have time for good ole customer service. Do better."
