"I’ve been doing my own hair for years and have always bought my supplies at Sally’s. I bought two boxes of blue dye and one of purple, which I mix together to make a blue/purple shade. I’ve been doing this for a while and have had no issues. Tonight when I was redoing my hair I emptied the two blue tubes into my bowl and they were completely different shades, despite both being labeled “Sky Blue”. I then emptied the purple shade into the bowl and when mixing them all together the mixture turned BRIGHT GREEN. I’ve never had an issue like this and am extremely upset considering it’s 12:12am and I have an event in the morning. Not sure what the deal is but I’m very upset and now have to figure out what to do and waste my time/gas going to another location to fix something that shouldn’t have happened. The woman working was very nice and this isn’t her fault, but I won’t be visiting this location again."

"I've been going to Sally Beauty for over 15 years. Never had any problems with the employee's. Until the last year. Especially the new manage .. She is the worst ! I know she won't be there for long. Not good at communicating."

"Online it says they do not close until 6pm on Google. I arrived at Sally at 5:22pm on sunday December 10th. There lights where on with 3 employees inside. They looked right at me as I walked up to the store. Then they decide to turn the lights off. Then walk to the back of the store. Not even a sorry where close we open again at 10pm. I thought that was rude. Why wait until I get to the door to turn off the lights. I looked at the door for store hours. Yes it did state on door close at 5pm Sundays. But no need to be like that. Every other company I know turns lights off right as they close, with door being locked. Those employees will cost there company money with how customers are treated. Why would I want to go back when I was treated like that!!!"

"The employees are knowledgeable about their products. I wanted a wax pot and the young woman working found me a whole set that had just gone on sale. I was so happy after finding out I didn't have to buy the wax, strips, applicators and everything else, it was all included. Thanks!"

"Purchased curlers that needed a hook To work... the hook was On a rain check But they said it should be in The following truck In a couple days. 9 days later When I call about it I get cut off And treated rudely by someone named Tina. Basically she implied not to bother calling them call me And then when I suggested I should just return the curlers she said that was fine bring your receipt. Not quite sure Where she learned her social skills nor her sales skills. But both need to be improved! My 6 yr old Was very excited to get these in asking me twice today about the hook So that we could do them ...Too bad she will be extremely disappointed."
