"Very disorganized store, service department very poor."
"I took my lawn mower in for some maintenance issues. They said it would be ready 5 days later. I called on the 5th day and the mechanic I spoke with said no one had gotten to it yet and it would be Mon or Tue. I said ok. 2 hours later they called and said it was ready. I picked it up and drove home to use it. NOTHING had been done! 81.00 later all for nothing! I was lied to, taken advantage of and treated unfairly as a woman. I called the shop and talked to Steve and he was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to me. I don't and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have no problem badmouthing them as they deserve it. STAY AWAY FROM BIG 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
