"Your experience could run 1☆ or 5☆, depending on whom you are dealing with. FI: one might be fantastic but if you're unlucky enough to get a couple of others, not so much. I delt with same person and the story just kept changing. First it was this way, then that way, very frustrating! I get the impression that they feel like I'm really lucky to have the privilege to do business with them. If possible, this place will always be my "Emergency use ONLY", fallback solution."
