"So let me start off by saying that I’m usually the type to let things go and give the benefit of a doubt, but over the years, after a few times of trying this nail salon, I have definitely decided I will not be returning!! I had a scheduled appt for a pedicure and gel manicure. I brought my own polish for my pedi since I knew I owned the color I wanted. The pedicure was, for the most part good, however the final result was extremely disappointing! I had polish on my skin and cuticle areas, my nails had been clipped uneven and at weird angles, and unbelievably enough- some of my toe nails weren’t even entirely painted! Now, for my manicure. I requested a certain type of color and after very little attempt to supply that color or something close, she pushed a different option on me, which I reluctantly agreed with. As I was trying to relax and enjoy my pedi (I’m 8 1/2 mo pregnant), she started prepping my finger nails- rushing through roughly. Hardly taking time to push back my cuticles/trim them well, etc. During the polishing part- which also seemed very rushed, she applied minimal coats of polish and didn’t even bother to seal the tips of the nails or swipe away the excess gel polish along the side of the nail beds- resulting in almost every nail having rough overhangs which now are snagging and some have even started to peel!!! All in all, I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!!! To go home and have to attempt to “fix” a lot of the issues, I feel like it was a complete waste of money. I don’t treat myself with this kind of stuff often and this is sadly a reminder why I have a very hard time justifying it!! I will not be returning and I hope they see this review to realize they need to slow down and be attentive to their customers and the outcome. They are providing a service and people want a good job done!"

"They do an amazing job, the pedicure relaxed me so very much and helped with my chronic pain and then my nails are beautiful!!"

"My daughter is too kind to complain but I don't have a problem with complaining about a $90 nail job that looks like my 7 year old granddaughter put together. I included the photos because...after looking at the photos you will see the shoddy job these people did on her nails. I have 25 years of experience in acrylics and I can tell you that this would never have happened had I been there. I think the honorable thing to do would be to refund her money. Not sure how this happened unless it is because they are visiting and working in Shenandoah. In which case is even crummier because they are bringing income into your community. Shame!"

"This was my first time getting my nails done professionally. They got me in right away which was nice, but she was very hurried and rough. She filled my nails right off the bat and had 3 fingers bleeding around the sides of my nails and cuticles. The dip was very thick on my nails and a lot of it was on my skin. Shapes are different on some of the nails along with the length. Also wanted an ombre but did a terrible job blending the colors. Will not be going back."
