"I'm a regular at this Casey's and this is what I notice daily. This has nothing to do with the people who work at this Casey's day to day. The employees are so nice and the ONLY reason I still frequent this Casey's (especially the lady who wears her hair in braids). You can tell they are horrendously overworked and overwhelmed for this company. Most of the time there's only 2 people (sometimes only one!) working at this Casey's so usually there isn't food out during busy times for each meal. Do better for your employees because your customers take notice and are being effected by poor store management too."

"Ordered pizza and breadsticks by phone...pizza was ready 15 min past the time they gave me for pick up. Didn't realize it was the wrong pizza until I got home with it. I didn't have time to go all the way back to return it. If you have a busy family life and depend on things to be ready when you're told they will be and have the order to be correct then you probably do not want to order from this Casey's. Very disappointed!"

"I ordered pizza and groceries via their Casey’s Rewars App and they use a 3rd party “delivery system” I didn’t receive all items in my order and the manager refused to offer me a refund for missing items. It was my fault I couldn’t drive to the store in which I paid for delivery/tip. Order #097094459"

"I am only leaving one star because I love their pizza… When they have it. Why post signs all over saying whole pies ready to eat from 3 to 7 when three times now I have been in there and there are none? Ever. false advertising."

"I love Casey's pizza. Breakfast or regular pizza they always put plenty of toppings, so you get your moneys worth. This Cassey's I was very disappointed. I don't normally have this problem but 1 slice of pizza didn't have cheese, sausage or red sauce on a portion of it. The whole pizza looked like they hurriedly slopped it together. Someone didn't take pride in their work. I don't live close to this Casey's store so don't know if this is normal for this location, but won't be ordering from them again."
