"On 3/28/22 at 4:21pm I decided to bring two of my mentally challenged clients and another staff with me so we could get something to eat. When it was our turn to order I was making sure that my client knew what she wanted before she went up to the counter. But instead of being patient the man told all of us that it would be easier if we all ordered at the same time but we told him that some of us haven't decided what we wanted yet but then continued to rush us anyways. My client told him what she wanted and I repeated some of what she said since sometimes she doesn't talk loud enough for people to hear. Instead of being patient again he kept repeating the questions in a not so friendly tone. This resulted in my client getting frustrated and then later had a behavior to which then the man rolled his eyes and gave my client a disgusted look. This whole experience was completely horrifying because as a caregiver I try to make sure that my clients are treated as equals and to see the way my client was treated by an employee was heart breaking. Also this man appeared to be training someone and he was being very impatient and rude to them as well."
