"Food was fine. Person making the food was fine. But the woman at the front taking care of customers was just rude...like waiting to be rude, rude. Grey long hair. Not nice. Smart a$$. No reason what so ever. She might like a job someplace where she doesn't have to get near customer service."

"The food was not fresh and it was not hot. The staff must not like their jobs. If they liked their jobs, they would have made sure we had fresh and or at least hot food. Yall need a whole new crew to work there."

"Didn't realize I was going to be a big inconvenience for the girl working the drive through window. I placed a mobile order on 10/23/2023 at 7pm. When I arrived the girl operating the drive through greated me with, "Yeah?". I said, "I have a mobile order. " Not a word was said from her. Pulls up a order on the screen without asking me for a name, or if it's correct. Thankfully I actually checked this time. I said my order was for my name. She said nothing, so I waited a good 30 seconds. Still no response. So I said that order is correct. Then she replied with,"SECOND WINDOW!" Almost jumping through the mic yelling at me. So I kindly pulled up. No worries, sometimes people have bad days. Let me tell you, it got worse from there. This girl had a worse attitude than a McDonald's Kiosk. So when I pulled up to the window she doesn't say a word. As she started handing me my drinks, (mind you I had a large order) I ask for a drink carrier. She looked for 2 seconds and said, " were out." Okay no problem. But I would expect that when I can clearly see two full sleeves of drink carriers on the wall rack in the back, I wouldn't get lied too. I tried to brush it off. When I got home we got the food out and distributed it across the family. My 39 week pregnant wife opens hers. She order a chalupa with chicken. That way she can have the protein. I was shocked to see it was just lettuce and sour cream. Not for sure how that can really be an accident considering there was nothing ordered even close to that. Sadly this is not this first time I have received the bad attitude experience from this location. I have worked in the food industry for almost 15 years. And never write reviews. But now I just want to warn people. If you want to experience Mean Girls the movie in real life, go to the Taco Bell on South Campbell in Springfield Missouri."

"Lied to me when I pulled up to the speaker about their systems being down. When I bring up I already ordered online, they suddenly work, and I can get my food. Probably because it had already been paid for, and they didn’t want to deal with how I’d get a refund. So instead of lying about the system being down, they told me to pull through. I also saw on the screen someone had completed an order before me, with the total and all. Also the photo below is my “bag” of cinnamon twist consisting of maybe 3 pieces."

"This is supposed to be a soft taco without cheese (as the receipt shows they did hear correctly) but the gamble you take is that they stick you with soft tacos with only cheese as if they just do the opposite just for fun. I seriously wish this was the first time but it happens all the time. It probably is almost half the time at this location. Hopefully I have learned my lesson this time."
