"This is ridiculous the way that the Family Dollar look on the inside and out trash everywhere. It needs to be reported to the health department. They need to get somebody to clean up on the house by really bad. Trash is piled up higher than the store dirty in the inside this needs to be taken care of right away if it’s not cleaned up in 10 days. I’m reporting this to the St. Louis city."
"They typically have good customer service. One of the employees is always helpful with carrying heavy items out because the carts don't go outside. That's much appreciated because a lot of single moms visit this location and it's such an inconvenience to have to go back and forth carrying bags, waters etc after you've just shopped for it, vs taking the cart to the car so the items are closer. Over the past month there has been no option to get a receipt. At first it was one register, now there is no register that offers receipts. As much as I like the customer service and they are close to me, I won't be visiting this location as much due to the lack of receipts and already having to carry bags from the store to the car. A receipt should be offered after every purchase. I understand the shopping cart because of theft of the baskets even though it's a huge inconvenience for those who aren't stealing them but I can not understand the lack of receipt paper."
