"I’m sorry but on a Saturday morning this was by far the best family dollar I’ve been to in a while , clearance section eat , aisle clear , shelves full , prices are just about right , I was greeted when I came in , maybe it was a morning thing , but I was very pleased and happy with my visit and I shop at quite a few different stores for my coupons lol but the the store manager needs to know they are doing fabulous job"

"This is the 1st time i ever have wished i could give 0 stars. I don't even know where to start about this awful store.....Every. Single. Time. I go to this location because it's closest to where I live. Everytime the customer service is THE WORST!!! Hateful, lazy and rude! And thats if they are even open when they are all in side with the doors locked looking at you during business hours. The store is always wreck and none of the prices are marked correctly or the computer rings up a different price than the price tag says. This happens on almost EVERY SINGLE item I bring up and they swipe. The Manger always just jokes it off and says he/she just doesn't feel like walking through the store to make sure WE are telling the truth. Almost always are there store works standing outside,smoking Marijuan and disregarding everyone walking insidea joke of a store. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!!!!!"

"Never open when suppose to but claim they don't need workers. Never answer the phone an I see workers in there but the door locked when they should be open"

"Should be zero stars. Very rude associate. yesterday. Name tag not visible. I see that there are several complaints about the same person. I had a return from a purchase made a couple weeks ago. I had the receipt and tags one the items, they were not in the style or size for my daughter. She asked if they were tried on and I said no that they were just held up to look at them and they were just not something she wanted. The clerk accused me of lying about it and became very rude and loud. Then refused to check me out. So, she told me to get out. I left and left my unpurchased items on the counter. I have been coming to this store for decades and have not been treated so disrespectful. I will never visit this store again and will tell all may relatives in the area not to visit as well."

"The Store Manager definitely got the right one today. For one she is very rude and doesn't know how to speak to people. And from the reviews it seems like this a normal thing for her. I will be writing a letter to Corporate Head quarters. Jazmine Jazzy whoever the current store manager is needs to learn how to speak to people, and maybe take a training on customer service. As a STORE MANAGER I expect you to conduct and speak as one. She doesn't represent family dollar values, missions, or goals... and sets a bad reputation for the business. Start the process of a hiring a new manager immediately! Also, I am a very easy going person and barley write reviews unless I strongly feel that I need too."
