"Amsterdam seems racist. I went in with 2 friends at 9:00 am to watch the Manchester soccer game, we went outside to the patio (which was empty there were no customers yet) for a friend to have a cigarette and the taller bartender told us to leave for no reason, saying we were taking up space for customers and not buying anything. One friend bought a drink, and other doesn’t drink. No rhyme or reason. Very confusing and irritating as I really liked this place to watch soccer and hang out. Really unfortunate and sad"

"The bartender was extremely good looking but, sorry to say he's spoken for... Moving right along I met a friendly man we shall call Nick. Nice guy! Can't believe he didn't know that STL has a spectacular parade every year for Mardi Gras. We talked a bit, anyway again, he was a real nice guy and I wouldn't mind meeting around town somewhere round here. Maybe since I'm new to the area he might volunteer as a one stop tour guide showing me some Bevo Area sites and local watering holes. I'll b a good looking like a good looking drinking buddy who will definitely buy a round!"

"Great atmosphere for catching a big soccer match. Outside area can be fun but on occasion can be overtaken by cigarette smoke."

"I usually end up here every once in a while when a friend comes in from out of town. There is a variety of drinks. Because we always end the night here, I can't comment on the food. The service is always nice it has always felt to me like a neighborhood bar. It's very spacious and we don't typically have to wait for a table. The bathroom doors can be a little tricky one seems to stick so knock and give it a firm pull."
