"We went to buy smoothies, one spinach pineapple, and, one raspberry berry. They were supposed to be smoothies, however, the crushed almonds were too hard and sandy that you could hardly drink the smoothie towards the middle part of the drink where all the almonds were concentrated. We complained about it, told them that we felt like we were drinking little coarse stones. Instead of rectifying the issue, they said they can not do anything about it. This was the WORST Smoothie King experience that we had in our entire life. Then we checked online, that this Rock Hill Br (2800 S McKnight, St Louis, MO) do have a LOT of complaints. It is unfortunate that customers get to experience this"

"This is the most pompous little a-hole I’ve ever met in the service industry. He constantly locks the door during regular business hours and then yells at me for wasting his time and tells me to go sit in my car like a regular person, which by the way, is causing a massive traffic pile up. Oh and today he told me he was the manager, which is false. He’s currently making me wait in the lobby while he makes EVERYONE IN THE CAR LINE a smoothie to punish me for not wanting to waste my gas. Whoever runs this business needs to give this jerk a course on customer service or pay for better staff."
