Casey's

"I only stop here for gas, they can't seem to keep employee's or only have one working at a time. Went in for a fountain drink and the only person working was making pizza so I left my drink on the counter and left."

"I want to speak to corporate about my visit at casey's on 23rd in Independence.The guy making pizzas had a real bad attitude and pretty much just throwing the pizza in the box. ( I have pics). I ordered 2 LG thin crust, 1 with ham and extra cheese and 1 bacon chicken ranch. The ch.ranch had 2 piles of bacon instead of being spread on the pizza. The ham and EXTRA cheese had NO HAM and don't think it had extra cheese. VERY DISSATISFIED and would like this corrected."

"Been on hold for an hour my order was wrong checked to make sure I order the correct item. I have two phone on hold lame a$$ store."

"Most disorganized and lawless Casey's I've ever seen. People cutting in line left and right, people getting their orders before me even though I submitted mine first, and just the general NPC behaviors du jour. I hate this timeline. They got the second star because I did eventually get my food-- but then they lost it because there were only 6 or 7 little tiny bacon bits on the whole pizza, and they were all piled up on the edge of a single slice. Never again."

"Great place to be! Great smoothies and customers AND donuts especially. Super customer friendly staff. I have to admit I’ve been to this Casey’s many times, and not ONCE have i been disappointed. No issues, just a fast in and out. Just how me and my wife like it."
