"Not a very good experience with this location. Every time I have went there to order a pizza no one was to be found in the back to make my order and the cashier just said I'd have to wait until someone was. I started just ordering on the app. Then the app started stating they're out of everything even though they aren’t actually! Whenever I go to pickup a pizza I have ordered Noone is in the kitchen for pickup so I am forced to wait in their extremely long line because they aren't efficient at all in getting people rung up and out the door. Quicktrip or another caseys will be my choice from now on"

"We picked up our pizzas on Friday 1/19/24 at about 4pm. We had an extremely long wait in line the cashier was extremely rude yelling about the long "G**D***line! This is what he said.Very shocking he was older around 40 or so heavy set and he just kept talking to people instead of ringing them up.When it was our turn he said to us Hurry Up! And he was complaining about having to pay child support! I would like Fox 4 news in on this. We will go to another Caseys!"

"The sodas are always a mess. If it is busy in there it’s going to take 10 + minutes to get checked out, so forget stopping there for a lunch break, especially if you work at Ford! Always out of stock or can’t take card payment. It’s a brand new store and it operates like it’s about to go under. Terrible employees"

"I used to be a full-time kitchen lead at a Casey’s. That was awhile ago. This morning I went in for some coffee and a couple of slices of breakfast pizza. Right off the bat I could tell that this store is short staffed and in need of guidance. However, I did not write this review to be negative at all. When I arrived there were boxes and shipping crates all over the floor, no food in the warmers, and they were extremely busy. While I waited for slices to come out of the kitchen, I hung out and observed the workers. There was a purple-haired cashier running BOTH registers at the same time. He was nothing but polite, kind and positive. He complimented every single customer and they all left with smiles on their faces. There was also a sweet red-headed girl working her butt off in the kitchen trying to get pizzas out on top of the orders she had. She apologized several times and said that she’d make my pizza with extra love (which I could tell she did because it was sooo cheesy and nummy!) Mind you, the slices were flying out of the warmer as soon as she put them in. So it’s not like it’s her fault that the warmers were going empty. Despite the state that the store was in, I could tell that this staff was doing their best. And the pizza was well worth the wait, too!"

"50/50 chance someone will be efficiently working the register. Tried to purchase a gift card for my child and they couldn’t figure out how to ring it up so had to tell my kid we wouldn’t be getting him one after all. ALWAYS out of breakfast pizza (especially the bacon). Was excited for Casey’s to move in by my house, but has been nothing but disappointment since I have started going there."
