I told them I already looked, and they said i just missed it. When i finally got them to show me, they took me to a different area from where they pointed and found it for me. They wanted me to waste my time there."

"I took a package back for a neighbor. Even though the package had never been opened they wanted a receipt or the credit card that she put it on. I told her to open the box and get out the paper that was inside and it should show that she bought it. But there wasn't a paper in the box, not even a shipping invoice. So I couldn't return it for them. Which I do understand, because they don't know if the package is stolen or if it is really hers. So even though I waited in line for what seemed to take forever, she did the right thing."
